1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyTradingApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyTradingApps.

2. Description of Service

MyTradingApps provides AI-powered educational tools for traders, including:

• TradeFlow AI: Chart analysis using Wyckoff, ICT, Order Flow, and Quarter Theory methodologies
• ProfitPulse: AI-assisted trade journaling
• TraderTask: Discipline tracking and daily task management
• Forex Quarters: Session timing and quarter theory context

These tools are for educational purposes only. They do not provide financial advice, trading signals, recommendations, or price predictions.

3. Not Financial Advice

MyTradingApps is NOT a financial advisor. All content, analysis, and outputs generated by our AI are strictly educational and informational.

• We do not provide buy/sell/trade recommendations
• We do not predict price movements
• We do not provide personalized investment advice
• Past analysis does not guarantee future results
• All trading involves substantial risk of loss

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written consent
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free: Includes limited monthly usage, basic dashboards, and short history windows.
• Pro ($19/mo or $290/year): Includes higher monthly limits, saved templates, exports, and deeper review tools.
• Elite ($39/mo or $790/year): Includes higher analysis limits, full history, advanced AI insights, and priority support.
• Subscriptions are processed through Paddle. See Paddle's terms for payment processing.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

6. Refunds

Digital subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. EU residents have a 14-day cancellation period for initial subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Automate access to the service without our written permission
• Upload malicious content, including malware or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure

8. Intellectual Property

MyTradingApps, including all logos, content, software, and AI models, is owned by MyTradingApps. You retain ownership of your chart screenshots, journal entries, and trading data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTRADINGAPPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
