1. How Refunds Work
All purchases on MyTradingApps are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles all billing, payments, and refunds on our behalf.
To request a refund, you must contact Paddle directly through their buyer support portal at paddle.net. MyTradingApps cannot process refunds directly — all refund requests are reviewed and handled by Paddle.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14 Days)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction, without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day following your purchase.
To exercise this right, you must inform Paddle of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting Paddle at paddle.net.
Note: The right to cancel does NOT apply to the initial subscription purchase only — it does not apply to automatic renewals.
3. Refunds at Paddle's Discretion
After the 14-day cancellation period, refunds are provided at Paddle's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Paddle may refuse a refund request if they find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to products which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
4. Subscriptions & Renewals
- No refunds on unused subscription periods. Once a billing cycle has started, it is non-refundable except at Paddle's discretion.
- Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, contact Paddle at paddle.net at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next payment date.
- Free trials: If you subscribed during a free trial, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will auto-renew and charges are non-refundable except as stated above.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Reimbursement is made using the same payment method used for the original transaction
- Card refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear in your account
- PayPal refunds typically appear within 48 hours
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of Paddle receiving your cancellation notice
6. Refund Limitations
Some payment methods impose limits on refund eligibility:
- Card payments can only be refunded on transactions less than 120 days old
- PayPal payments can only be refunded if less than 179 days old
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through Paddle:
