• Trading data: Chart screenshots you upload for analysis, trade journal entries, and strategy information you input into our tools.
• Communications: Any information you send us via email or support channels.

We automatically collect:

• Usage data: Features used, actions taken, time spent, and interaction patterns.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
• Cookies: Session cookies and, when enabled, analytics and marketing cookies used for site measurement and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models (anonymized data only)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit). We use Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure.

Chart screenshots and educational AI requests may be processed through OpenRouter and upstream model providers used to generate the requested analysis. We do not use those outputs as trading signals or financial advice.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database/auth), OpenRouter and upstream model providers (educational AI processing), Paddle (billing), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and TikTok Pixel (site analytics and measurement, when enabled)
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental request
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Withdraw consent at any time (where applicable)

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain data for up to 90 days for legal compliance, then permanently delete it. Trading analysis data sent to AI providers is not retained by those providers.

7. Children's Privacy

MyTradingApps is not available to users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of MyTradingApps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
